Having been temporarily closed we decided to use that time as an opportunity to improve the shopping experience that our amazing customers like you deserve! If you have ever shopped with us before, you know it can be a bit overwhelming. Long waiting lines for a fitting room, not many sale dresses to chose from, and sometimes frankly, your sales consultant just doesnt get you. But don't worry, we hear you and we're with you. It's time for a change!

You will now be able to book your appointment directly from our website at your convenience.
Now when you are coming in to find your perfect dress, avoid large crowds or wondering if your turn will ever be called.
You can cancel or change your appointment through the confirmation email you will receive when booking, and during our busy times, even receive text notifications so you don't forget!
In adition to these major changes, we will be implimenting a new continued training CCF (customer comes first) program for our consultants to keep them up to date and knowledgable so they are able to answer any of your questions and to continue to promote the Gipper motto that our customer service is what we care about most of all.
