GIPPER’S CREATE-A-DRESS CONTEST
YOUR DESIGN. OUR NEXT PROM DRESS. 
Have you ever dreamed of designing a prom dress?
Now is your chance! We’re searching for a one-of-a-kind dress design to bring to life for the upcoming prom season — and ANYONE can enter!
You don’t need to be a fashion designer. You don’t need to know how to sew. You don’t need a fancy sketch or professional design software.
If you can dream it, you can enter it!
Draw it with a pencil. Paint it. Use markers, crayons, digital art, collage — whatever helps bring your idea to life.
Ages 5 to 95. Any location. Any experience level. Everyone is welcome!
THE PRIZE
One winning design will be selected and brought to life!
The winner will receive:
$300 CASH
Their dress design produced and sold exclusively by Gipper Prom for the upcoming prom season
The chance to see their idea go from imagination to a REAL PROM DRESS!
HOW TO ENTER
Create your dream prom dress using any medium you choose.
Your entry can be:
- A pencil or pen sketch
- Colored pencils or markers
- Paint or watercolor
- Crayons
- Digital artwork
- Collage or mixed media
- Any other creative method you can dream up!
There are no design requirements. Your dress can be glamorous, simple, sparkly, dramatic, colorful, classic, completely unexpected — or something we’ve never seen before.
Once your design is complete, take a clear photo or scan of your artwork and email it to us along with the information below.

If your design is selected as a finalist, a member of the Gipper Prom team may contact you for additional information or details about your design.
THE FINE PRINT
By submitting an entry to the Gipper’s Create-a-Dress Contest, you agree that your submitted design and related submission materials may become the property of Gipper Prom and may be used, adapted, modified, developed, reproduced, or incorporated into current or future dress designs.
Submitted designs and entry materials may also be used by Gipper Prom for social media, marketing, advertising, promotional, and other business purposes.
Submission of a design does not guarantee that it will be selected, produced, or used. Gipper Prom reserves the right to make modifications to the winning design as needed for production, fit, construction, cost, safety, marketability, or other considerations.
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. By submitting an entry on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to the contest rules and terms and authorize the minor’s participation.
If an entry is selected as a finalist, Gipper Prom may contact the participant or, when applicable, their parent or legal guardian for additional information.
Each person may submit one entry only.
MOST IMPORTANTLY… HAVE FUN!
There is no “right” way to design a dress.
You can be 5 or 95. You can be an aspiring designer, an artist, a prom-dress lover, a kid with a box of crayons, or someone who has never designed anything before.
We want to see YOUR imagination.
Be bold. Be creative. Make something you love.
