Are you open year round?

How does your registry work?

We will not register the same style in the same color to the same event once it has been purchased and registered.
Please note that our registry is an honor system meaning if a customer does not wish to participate in the registry or changes their event destination after purchasing we have no control over where their dress is worn.
We do not track or register dresses purchased at other stores.
We do not have ability to register dresses purchased through our website.

What if I don't know my dress size?

Dresses are true to your jean size. If you're still not sure when shopping, give us your best guess and you will have a stylist assisting you in your fitting room to exchange sizes.

Can I return my dress?

Do I need an appointment?

No, we do not offer appointments and welcome all customers to shop at their convenience.

Do you alter dresses?

We do not offer tailoring in store. We offer a list of highly recommended tailors in various cities for our customers to use.

RETURN/SALES POLICY

RETURNS ARE ELIGABLE ON ORDERS CONTAINING ONE DRESS ONLY.
ORDERS CONTAINING MORE THAN ONE DRESS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND ARE FINAL SALE.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
YOU HAVE 5 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR PACKAGE TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR RECEIPT IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF YOUR ORDER MINUS ANY SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR RETURN BEING RECEIVED.
RETURNS MAY BE REFUSED AT OUR STAFFS DISCREPENCY. REASONS FOR REFUSAL MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO; STRONG ODOR/CIGARETTE SMELL, SIGNS OF WEAR, MISSING TAGS,DAMAGE, DEODERANT MARK, EXPIRED RETURN WINDOW.
SHOULD YOUR RETURN BE REFUSED, YOU WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL AND YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
